We periodically check the online orders received every day in time intervals stated on order form. We take action the other day, for orders received after 4 PM. We place your orders in line and deliver to shipping branch in 1-3 days. We save your personal info, except your credit card details, through e-mail in our data, in both server and office. Periodically and regularly, our e-mail systems are being controlled and maintenanced, to avoid any kind of problem or loss.

Tracking Payment

You can make your payment by your credit card (3D Secure System) or by bank transfer. By reaching our customer servise, you can complete your bank transfer payment, you can click here now to be redirected. About credit card payment, it is an automatic online service by Vakıfbank. Somehow, if payment is not successful and there is an error, you will be informed at the payment stage. Euro prices are transffered to our system as Turkish Liras and the related rate to be used is updated periodically. 

Tracking Delivery

When there is a mistake about the delivery adress, we directly contact the customer to correct the info. E-mail adresses given by customers are controled by sending test mails to be confirmed to every e-mail adress. We are responsible to the bank we work with about credit card payments, as much as we’re responsible to our customers.
